Day 1: Day 1 Arrival Istanbul / Adiyaman (D)
Begin your journey with a domestic flight to southeastern Anatolia.
Make your way to the designated Istanbul airport for your included domestic flight to Adıyaman. On arrival, meet your
local English-speaking guide and transfer by private minibus to your hotel. Keep the afternoon relaxed after the
journey, with time to settle in. A short orientation walk may be arranged if the confirmed flight timing allows.
Included domestic flight: Istanbul to Adıyaman, with 15 kg checked baggage per person. Final flight schedule subject to confirmation.
Day 2: Day 2 Adiyaman (B/D)
Ancient monuments beneath a vast mountain sky.
After breakfast, set out for the Commagene region. Visit Karakuş Tumulus and pause at the Roman Cendere Bridge.
Continue to Arsameia for its rock-cut remains and royal reliefs, subject to access. Allow a lunch break before ascending
Mount Nemrut. Walk uphill to the monumental terraces and discover the sanctuary of King Antiochus I. Aim to enjoy
the late-afternoon light and sunset, weather and seasonal access permitting, before returning to Adıyaman
Day 3: Day 3 Adiyaman / Malatya (B/D)
Trace the emergence of early state societies.
After breakfast, visit Perre Ancient City near Adıyaman and explore its rock-cut burial chambers. Continue to Malatya
with a comfort stop en route. In the afternoon, visit the UNESCO-listed Arslantepe Mound, whose archaeological
remains reveal an important chapter in the development of early state societies. Check in at your hotel and, if time
permits, enjoy a short local orientation before dinner.
Day 4: Day 4 Malatya / Elazıg (B/D)
Lakeside scenery and hilltop heritage.
Depart Malatya after breakfast and travel towards Elazığ. Visit Lake Hazar for a gentle lakeside walk, photographs and
a scenic break. Allow time for lunch at your own expense before exploring historic Harput, its traditional lanes and
panoramic viewpoints. View Harput Castle and the historic Ulu Mosque from outside; any mosque interior visit
depends on access and worship times. Continue to your hotel in Elazığ for dinner and overnight.
Day 5: Day 5 Elazıg / Tunceli (B/D)
Trade city streets for riverside scenery.
After breakfast, travel to the ferry terminal for the planned Pertek crossing over Keban Reservoir. Enjoy the reservoir
scenery and look out for panoramic views of Pertek Castle, which stands on an island. Continue by road to Tunceli and
take a relaxed introductory walk beside the Munzur River. Settle into your hotel for the first of two nights. If the ferry
cannot operate, the transfer will use an alternative road route
Day 6: Day 6 Tunceli (B/L/D)
A full day of mountain landscapes and living traditions.
Follow the Munzur Valley towards Ovacık, with photo stops at suitable viewpoints. Continue to Munzur Springs near
Ziyaret village and enjoy a gentle walk among the clear waters and cascades. Learn about the springs' cultural
importance and treat this locally revered place with care. A local restaurant lunch is proposed before returning
through the valley to Tunceli. Walks remain short and flexible; no strenuous trekking is planned.
Day 7: Day 7 Tunceli / Bingol (B/D)
A quiet natural curiosity in the eastern highlands.
Leave Tunceli early after breakfast and travel towards Bingöl, with rest and lunch breaks along the way. Continue
towards Solhan to visit the Floating Islands near Hazarşah village. Enjoy the lakeside setting and observe the small
floating landforms from the designated visitor area; their movement depends on natural conditions. Return to Bingöl
for your final overnight stay and dinner
